After hugely successful visits to Manchester and Bristol, which saw audiences delighted by acts including Swim Deep, Rae Morris, Hudson Taylor, Best Coast, Fat White Family, The Wytches, Amber Run and many more, Dot to Dot’s 10th birthday concluded with a celebration in the main hall of Nottingham’s Rock City, as Saint Raymond brought the curtain down on a milestone year of showcasing ground-breaking artists.
During his triumphant set, Saint Raymond thanked Dot to Dot and DHP Family for giving him his big break, which saw him win a place in the Dot to Dot line-up years earlier. Over the years Saint Raymond has become a part of the fabric of Dot To Dot and his headline performance at this year’s event saw the culmination of years of hard work and dedication, serving as a beacon for what Dot to Dot Festival is all about championing.
Seminal Dot To Dot moments have included sets from Ed Sheeran, James Bay, Years and Years, Foals, The xx, Beach House, The Cribs, Klaxons, SBTRKT, Laura Marling and Disclosure as the festival introduced the acts during the early days of their musical journey and it’s been a pleasure to add the likes of Saint Raymond, Amber Run, Rhodes, PINS, Honeyblood, Prides and more to this illustrious list.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the fans, bands, crew and venues for making our 10th birthday in Manchester, Bristol and Nottingham such a special weekend. We are very much looking forward to finding out which of this year’s hottest new artists that played the festival go on to become major stars.
